Chapter One · Watch
A build is a desk that works while you are somewhere else.
Every business runs on work that has to happen and nobody has time for. The follow-up that goes cold. The research nobody starts. The report that never gets read because it was never built. A custom AI Command Center takes that layer of your operation and gives it a team — divisions, chiefs, a command box, and one rule that never bends: nothing goes out without your approval.
Watch it work, then use it yourself. Chapter three is the real Opportunity Radar — an application built for this practice, running here under your hand. Chapter four is NOVA Mastery, the Command Center teaching you the Command Center. Use both. Then decide.
Coach Nic on what a custom build is, cut against the software actually running — the Opportunity Radar hunting, and the Command Center teaching itself. It premieres in this frame.

Read this if it sounds like you
What it feels like right now
- You have bought tools. You now have subscriptions, not leverage — and a login nobody on the team opens twice.
- The work that would actually move the business is the work that never gets started, because it starts with three hours of reading.
- You are the bottleneck on every process you designed, and the only fix anyone offers is hiring.
- You have watched an AI demonstration that was impressive and could not tell what it would do for you on Monday.
What you actually want
- A desk that already knows your offers, your buyers and your numbers — not a blank box waiting to be taught.
- Work that arrives finished and waits for your approval instead of your instructions.
- Something your team can use on day one without a training program.
- An asset you own, carrying your brand, holding your data — not a seat you rent.
What is holding you back
- “How do I know it will work for my business?” You do not have to take my word for it. Chapter three is a real build, running here. Use it before you believe anything I say.
- “Will my team actually use it?” There is one box and you type in plain English. Chapter four is the whole training, and it takes minutes.
- “What happens when it gets something wrong?” Nothing ships without your approval. The build drafts; you decide. That is the design, not a safety net bolted on afterwards.
- “Am I locked in?” It carries your brand and holds your data, and it stays your asset. Three tiers by scope — Build, Build and Run, Partner — depending on how much of the running you want carried.
Chapter Two · Learn the system
Seven steps. Then you use two of them yourself.
This is how a custom build gets made and how it gets used. Nothing here is theory — steps six and seven are the two instruments waiting in the next two chapters.
Coach Nic walks the seven steps of a build. The written steps below follow the same order.
STEP ONEWe start from your operation, not a template
Before a line of code is written we map what you actually sell, who actually buys it, and how the work actually moves through your business today. Your offers, your buyer personas, your economics, your process.
A build that starts from a template makes you fit the software. A build that starts from your operation makes the software fit you. That is the whole difference, and it is decided in week one.
STEP TWOWe name the desks — the work that should not need you
Every business has a layer of work that has to happen and never gets the owner’s time: the follow-up, the research, the sorting, the drafting, the arithmetic. We name those desks explicitly and in your language.
This is a gap exercise, not a software exercise. If we cannot name the gap the desk closes, the desk does not get built.
STEP THREEEach desk gets a chief, and the chief gets a brief
A desk is not a button. It is a specialist with a written brief: what it produces, what it will never do, the standard it holds, and the voice it writes in. Your voice, your standards, your refusals.
The briefs are why output comes back sounding like your business instead of like everybody’s. It is also why a build can say no to something that is off-standard.
STEP FOUROne command box sits over all of it
You get one box. You type what you need the way you would say it out loud. Routing runs automatically to the desk that owns the work, or you pick the desk yourself when you already know.
There is no syntax and no menu tree to learn. If a build makes you learn its language, it has quietly handed the work back to you.
STEP FIVEEverything returns for your approval
Work comes back to a queue. You read it, you approve it, and only then does it go anywhere. Nothing sends on its own, ever.
The build drafts and you decide. Judgement is the part of your business nobody should automate — and a build that acts without you is a liability, not leverage.
STEP SIXCustom instruments get built where the leverage is
Where a generic desk is not enough, we build the instrument. The Opportunity Radar in the next chapter is one: a purpose-built application that hunts a market, researches the decision-maker, and ranks every target against its own economics.
That is what you will be using in chapter three. It is not a demonstration of the idea. It is a real build, and you can put your hands on it.
STEP SEVENYour team is trained by the build itself
Every Command Center ships with its own faculty. NOVA hosts and each chief teaches the desk they run — lesson, practice, knowledge check. That is chapter four, and it is the training a client actually sits through.
A build nobody can operate is an expense. Training that lives inside the build is the difference between an asset and a subscription you stop opening.
Chapter Three · The exhibit
Opportunity Radar. The real build, in your hands.
This is not a picture of a custom build. It is one — an application built for this practice to hunt the stages, shows, contracts and channels its personas gather in, research who writes the cheque, and rank every target against its own economics. Pick a hunt and press Scan venue. The sweep, the scoring and the board are the application’s own; only the hunt is seeded, so nothing here needs a login and nothing here spends. Sort it, filter it, search it. Built for you, it points at your market instead of this one.
How to work it · four things to do before you move on
Chapter Four · The demonstration
The Command Center. Take it for a spin.
Fourteen divisions, ninety-eight staff, one box. Give it an instruction the way you would say it out loud, watch it route to the division that owns the work, read what comes back, and approve it. Nothing here needs a login and nothing here sends on its own — because that is exactly how a build behaves once it is yours. Then below it, NOVA and the chiefs teach you the screens you just touched.
Drive it · four things to do before you move on
And this is how a client learns to run it.
Chapter Five · Knowledge Check
Six questions. Eighty percent to pass.
Nobody commissions a system they cannot name. Every answer is in the two instruments you just used.
Chapter Six · Your certificate
Pass the Knowledge Check and your certificate is issued here.
It carries your name and your Knowledge Check result. Finish the check in the previous step to unlock it.
Complete the solution
Before you commission a build, know your numbers cold.
A build is only as good as the economics underneath it. This is the instrument that tells you what is actually worth automating.

Five doors · one system
Every door runs the same performance gap management system pointed at a different problem. Whichever one you came in through, the others are open.
You just used a build. The next one gets made for you.
Bring what you saw to a session and we will scope it against your operation — your offers, your buyers, your numbers, your process. Build, Build and Run, or Partner, by scope.
